课题组主要致力于研究维持慢性粒细胞白血病(Chronic myeloid leukemia,CML)干细胞生存的分子机制,期望能为改善该疾病的治疗提供新策略和靶标。相关研究已获得6 项国家自然科学基金项目的资助,并参与1 项“973”项目。在鉴定新的白血病相关原癌基因和抑癌基因研究中取得阶段性进展。
