课题组主要从事靶向T 淋巴细胞的肿瘤免疫治疗新策略的转化医学研究,包括:嵌合体抗原受体基因修饰的T 淋巴细胞靶向治疗恶性肿瘤的研究、T 细胞/NK 细胞介导的双特异性肿瘤免疫治疗抗体药物研制、以及基于纳米抗体递送策略的靶向T 细胞免疫毒素药物的研究等。课题组成员荣获“江苏省高层次创新创业人才”、“江苏省六大人才高峰团队”等称号。
