研究领域:

1. 血栓形成的整合机制及抗血栓药物的新靶点的研发
本研究组从血小板的主要粘附受体的信号传导机制着手,力图发现新的调控血栓形成的靶分子,为揭示血栓形成的启动过程提供新的认识。
2. 血浆激肽释放酶-激肽系统(内源性凝血系统)在血管生物学与炎症中的作用
主要研究该系统及其活化产物对血管内皮及炎症反应的调控。所用的研究手段包括动物基因敲出模型,转基因动物模型,干细胞/祖细胞的体内归巢分化追踪及体外功能解析,分子生物学,细胞生物学,生物芯片分析,慢病毒基因转入体系等。
3. 凋亡细胞吞噬的分子机制及其在天然免疫中的作用
具体研究包括Gas6受体在巨噬细胞的吞噬功能和信号传导机制;uPAR在识别和吞噬凋亡细胞的分子机制及相关免疫调节功能;双链激肽原调理巨噬细胞吞噬的作用及其在的病理生理意义。
