课题组目前主要研究恶性贫血和骨髓增生异常综合征的发生机理,研究课题包括:1.寻找导致恶性贫血和骨髓增生异常综合征的共同遗传标记;2. 发现新的信号转导分子和通路。所从事的研究已发现IGF-1 信号传导障碍是心源性恶液质的主要病因。相关成果已经发表在J Clin Invest 等本领域国际一流期刊上。入选江苏省“双创团队”、苏州工业园区第九届“科技领军人才”等。
